What are the benefits of reading daily? How can reading keep me healthy?

Keeping healthy is one of the top answers when asking clients what they want for their life. After-all we all want to enjoy our lives with as little stress and illness as possible. There are lots of ways to keep well including:

  • A good diet
  • Regular exercise
  • Getting out in the fresh air
  • Not smoking
  • Limited alcohol
  • Plenty fluids/water
  • De-stressing massage/reflexology/healing/energy techniques
  • Meditation

With so many different types of books , from fiction to non fiction, magazines and newspapers  you can never run out of something to read. So keep healthy read everyday and learn.
