Positive thinking and actions will change your life

It has been said that positive thoughts are stronger than negative thoughts so how do we keep in a positive state of mind?

Keeping happy through tougher times is not always easy but there are ways to help yourself.

Gratitude is by far the easiest and quickest way to make things change. Gratitude is just saying thank you for all the things you are grateful for in your life. Not just the obvious ones like family, friends, good health, financial security etc. But saying thank you and really feeling grateful for all the everyday things we often take for granted.

  • Gas to cook…
  • Electric for light and technology…
  • Running clean water…

Where would we be without these, and yet how often have you thought to say thank you?

Just because there is no one physically in front of you, saying it anyway will change the energy in your body and make you feel more energised. Think of your body as a magnet, the more you are grateful for the more grateful things you will attract. The more you do this the better you will feel and then things in your life will change. You will start to attract all things good.

Good ways to attract-

Think of 5-10 things that have been part of your day, and just say thank you for each one

  • Your toothbrush & toothpaste
  • Running water
  • Electricity to make your tea/coffee
  • The food for breakfast
  • The car/bus/ to get you to work, the petrol the bus driver
  • The clothes your shoes your coat etc etc

The list can go on and on and after a few days you will begin to feel different, unexpected good things will happen.
