National Marine week

27th of July – 11th August. A Week  to celebrate the wonderful wildlife found in the seas around the UK, and our relationship with the Oceans. Microbes, still found in some cosmetics, are tiny solid plastic particles of less than one millimetre in size. They are made of polyethylene, polypropylene and    polystyrene, they cause immense damage to our marine life and have been banned in the UK for use in cosmetics since 2018.
