5 Benefits of an Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is a combination of hands-on massage with the added health benefits of true essential oils. During massage, circulation is increased which increases blood flow to vital organs and muscles. This causes endorphins to be released into the system, these hormones are known as the ‘feel good chemicals’ as they can help to reduce stress, relieve pain and give a feeling of relaxation and well-being. Essential oils are absorbed through the skin and also inhaled into the body to give health benefits, including enhanced brain function, pain relief, and stress relief.
